The Challengers

Ben Domenech is the Commissioner of the Ultimate Fantasy Sports League.

He has won 5 different fantasy sports championships in 4 different sports, but each time, would say he just got lucky.  Because he knows he did.

http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y18/paperclippee17/UncleSam.gifJeff Emanuel is the head of the Team America Franchise.

“America, @&%$ Yeah!” is all you need to know about this team, which will impose its will (and sheer awesomeness) on this league in every single event…or burn the world down around it in the attempt.

http://www.tombridge.com/tom.jpgTom Bridge remembers the bad old days of fantasy sports, when you had to rummage through the paper on Monday and Tuesday to calculate your scores, and the scores of your opponents to make sure they weren’t padding their stats.  Tom is, at heart, a Fantasy Football player, who dabbles in baseball and college sports.  Tom believes that fantasy sports is the sign that our society has reached a critical level of decadence that indicates its imminent fall.  His favorite sports superstar is Tiger Woods.  For now.

Ellis has been playing Fantasy Sports since he was born.

He mostly lives in the woods.  Mostly.

Soul-Crusher. Fantasy Sports Warrior.  Also known as: The Chick.

Emily has been playing fantasy football for years, but apparently for a helluva lot less time than Tom (Monday and Tuesday papers?? Was this during WWII??). This will be her first run with any fantasy sport other than football, so someone should really explain to her how this works. (Especially NASCAR, how the f*** does that work??). Y’know, so she can then proceed to crush your spirit by beating you.

Leon Wolf has been playing fantasy sports since the inaugural season of the website snadbox.com. His strength as a fantasy sports player lies in his skill at picking fliers.

Leon is the only player on this list who makes it a point to sit down every week and watch the NASCAR race, even if a football game is on. No, he is not proud.

Chris Younce has been playing different fantasy sports for several years, never winning any of them.

He loves fantasy baseball and football and is still trying to figure out how people can guess who will win NASCAR.

Brad Jackson has been a fantasy football player for several years now.  He has experimented with fantasy baseball, is a past winner of several March Madness office pools, but wonders what this NASCAR thing is you speak of.

A born Texan, Brad’s ideal day involves beer, barbecue, football and cheerleaders in chaps.

Kevin Holtsberry has been losing at Fantasy Football for many years.

He figured it was time to branch out and lose in some other sports.

Andy Behrens is a Fantasy Sports Professional.  He is currently the top dog for Yahoo Sports Fantasy Blog, Roto Arcade.  He has written for ESPN.com, the Chicago Sports Review, NBA.com, the Chicago Reader and various other publications.

We have no idea how we convinced him to do this.
